General terms and conditions

  1. The following terms and conditions apply to contracts that you conclude with us as a provider (Dominik Skrzypczak) via the website

  2. All the orders will be shipped from Sweden and the shipping costs apply to the Swedish postal system prices.

  3. The object of the contract is the sale of goods. Once we place the respective product on our website, we make you a binding offer to conclude a contract under the conditions stated in the item description.

  4. The contract is concluded via the online shopping cart system. As soon as you place your order, the item(s) will be shipped to you within two following working days. There are two ways of having your order shipped, a) standard mail (PostNord) – this is non-trackable way used for orders up to 2 kg (most of the parcels from 1 up to 2 kg are trackable though)

  5. Although we try to keep the stock quantities updated, we cannot guarantee product availability as we sell also in different platforms. We reserve the right to revise, discontinue or to cancel any order. Should any item in an order be available, we will either contact you to select a replacement item, or we will ship your order as it is and issue a refund for the difference.

  6. If an item is listed as “pre-order” it means that it is in production, and you have the opportunity to pay for the product and reserve it. The item´s estimated shipping date can be found on the product page and it will be updated if there are any delays.

  7. We intend to make all item-information as accurate as we can. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such products. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such product whether or not the order has been confirmed and your debit/credit card has been charged.

  8. The items purchased outside of the EU may be subject to custom duty or tax by your local customs authority. Import duties or local taxes are not included in the quoted price of goods being delivered to any location outside the country. You will be responsible for the paying of any and all import duties and local taxes including administration charges upon receipt.

  9. All our items are carefully packaged, but in case you receive any goods damaged we can replace them or issue a refund. In order to get replacement / refund you have to notify us via email ( within three working days since receiving the package and send the damaged item within two weeks. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. In case of receiving wrong product (not the one ordered), the returned product must be in the same condition. The return shipping in this case will be covered by us.
